Common Questions

Good questions.

A quarter share fits in a standard 5 cubic foot chest freezer — the kind you can grab at Walmart for around $150. A 1/8 share fits in almost any household freezer. Most families already have enough space.

Grass-fed means the cattle are raised on pasture. Grain-finished means they’re fed grain in the final stage before processing — which gives beef better marbling and flavor. You get the benefit of both.

When you break it down by the pound, you’re getting ribeyes, filets, and NY strips at a fraction of what H-E-B or Costco charges for individual cuts — plus ground beef, roasts, and brisket in the same package. Most customers say they’d never go back to buying individual cuts.

Half and whole shares come with full cut customization. Quarter and 1/8 shares follow a standard cut sheet that most families love. Reach out if you have specific questions — happy to talk it through.

We call it Meat Up Day. It’s a scheduled pickup — usually an H-E-B parking lot. Everything is vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen. You load it up and head home. Final payment is due at or before processing.

Click your share, pick a date, then send your deposit (or full payment for a 1/8) via Venmo or Zelle. That locks in your spot. Questions first? Message us on Facebook — no pressure.
